The lecture will be delivered by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in the Russian Federation Jose Antonio Morato Tavares. \n\n\n\nJose Antonio Morato Tavares was born in the East Timor\, graduated from the faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Padjadjaran University (Bandung\, Indonesia). Since 26 October 2020 – Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in the Russian Federation. \n\n\n\nThe lecture will be held in the Big Conference-Hall of TSU Research Library.
